Holdgas spring valveup. 2. Insert DE-GAS adjuster knobon threadof the valve. 3. Press theDE-GAS adjuster knobwith light hand forceuntil you can hear thenitrogenescaping. Press only briefly to avoid toomuch nitrogenbeingdischarged. 4. After adjustment, remove theDE-GAS adjuster knob,mount theend fittings and test thegas spring in your application. If necessary repeat theprocedure. If youuse2gas springs inparallel, bothgas springs shouldhave the same force to avoidbending forces or side loadon the application. If necessary return toACE to refill bothgas springs to the same (average) force. If toomuchnitrogen is discharged, theunits canbe returned toACE for re-gassing. The ACEgasspring refillingkit offers you theopportunity to fill gas springson locationor adapt them individually. The refillingkit isequipped with all theparts youneed to fill gas springs. Very precise fillingof the gas springs is possibleusing thedigital manometer. The table for determining the fillingpressureof thegas springs is includedwith the case. Theonly thingmissing from thedelivery is thenitrogen. The refilling kit contains all fillingbells and adjuster knobs for the current ACEgas spring range. Part number for thecompletegasspring refillingkit: GS-FK-C The refilling kit suits2,900psi nitrogenbottleswith a threadof CGA680. Nitrogenbottles not included. Other connections are availableupon request.
